Return Policy

Custom-printed and custom-tinted film is produced to your approved specifications, so all custom orders are final — no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unopened cases of standard stock film may be eligible for return; contact us to confirm.

If any order arrives defective or does not match your approved proof, we will remake or replace the affected rolls at no charge. This is a production guarantee, not a return.
